Have you just come home from work and discovered a clump of bees the size of a football on a tree, bees in your yard or even bees on the side of your house that was not there when you left just a few hours ago?
That's called a feral bee swarm of pest bees that are most likely just tired and passing through as the old bee queen and bee workers are out looking for a new home or hive.
If you can wait out the swarm of pest bees and the location is not some where that is a danger of being disturbed by children, pets or anyone else, the swarm will generally move on in 24 - 72 hours after the pest bees have had time to rest and female workers locate a new hollow space to build the new hive.

is resting and will generally move on in 24 - 72
hours just as long as the bees are not getting into a wall void, soffit area, attic
vent, shed floor, block wall or other hollow bee nesting usable spaces. 
Honey comb in walls or ceilings can
be a real problem and many times the wall will need to be opened up, the comb
and honey will need to be removed from the wall and then the wall will need to
be closed up again which is not cheap to do.
